基于数值模拟的支撑座冲压工艺及模具设计

汽车支撑座零件结构形状复杂、成形精度要求高,用传统的坯料展开法和成形极限法很难准确确定坯料的形状尺寸以及判断一次成形是否出现拉裂。因此, 通过采用板料冲压成形数值模拟软件Dynaform进行支撑座零件的冲压成形工艺模拟分析,进而确定坯料的形状尺寸以及判断一次成形是否出现拉裂。并对冲压工艺方案、排样图及模具结构进行了优化设计。最后,对汽车支撑座零件进行冲压成形工艺试验,试验结果表明,冲压成形的支撑座零件质量符合要求,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。

The structure and shape of car support base parts are extremely complex and require high forming precision, so it is difficult to accurately determine blank shape and size as well as whether there will be crack at once forming by traditional blank expansion method and forming limit method. Therefore, the stamping process of car support base was numerical simulated by software Dynaform so as to determine blank shape and size as well as whether there would be crack. Then, stamping process plan, nesting drawing and die structure were optimized. At last, the stamping process tests of the support base were done. The results show that qualities of support base obtained by stamping meet the requirements, and correctness of simulation results are verified.
