防火罩多工位成形模具设计

摘要:

盒形零件成形一直是冲压成形工艺的难点。以矩形防火罩为案例, 对盒形零件使用多工位成形模中出现的条料定位及步距控制、成形兼整形、自动卸料等问题进行了研究。根据防火罩结构要求,优化设计了防火罩多工位成形模的排样;在此基础上设计了防火罩多工位成形模。利用UG软件对模具进行了仿真装配,确保了模具装配精度;使用燕尾槽组合成形凸模结构,解决了多工位成形模自动卸料难点。通过企业生产证明, 防火罩多工位成形级进模生产效率高,送料顺畅,成形的工件平整,产品完全达到了用户要求。

Box shaped parts are always difficult in forming. For a rectangular fireproof hood, the problems of strip positioning and distance control,die forming and shaping, automatic discharge etc. appeared in box shaped parts forming by multistage forming die were studied. According to the structure requirements of fireproof hood, the layout of multistage forming die for fireproof hood was optimized, and multistage forming die was designed. The die assembly was simulated by software UG,which ensured the accuracy of the die assembly. The difficulty of automatic unloading for multistage forming die was solved by the punch structure with dovetail groove combination forming. The production of proof proves that the multistage progressive die for fireproof hood is of high production efficiency and smooth feeding. So the flat formed parts are obtained and fully meet the requirements of customers.
