Theoretical formulas were summarized on the formation and release of energy, and many factors such as pipe parameters,oil parameters,initial pressure of system, opening time of unloading value,etc. influencing on the decompression shock were presented. The AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic system was set up. The influence regularities on decompression shock were simulated and analyzed by single variable method. The influence regularities of pipe length on decompression shock were researched more carefully by dividing pipe into two parts from hydraulic source to unloading-valve and from unloading-valve to oil tank. The conclusions show that the key factors influencing on the decompression shock are the pipe length, which is from unloading-valve to oil tank especially, diameter, elastic modulus of the pipe, the unloading-valve opening time and initial pressure of system.
