二氧化碳灭火系统在大型模锻压机安全设施中的应用

摘要:

介绍了我国大型模锻液压机建设现状及火灾危险,并针对其火灾危险性提出了采用定压贮存式高压二氧化碳灭火系统的保护方案。对中国第二重型机械集团公司80000 t大型模锻压机的消防保护案例进行分析与灭火方案设计,确定了采用定压贮存式高压二氧化碳灭火系统能够解决地下大空间、复杂环境、超长距离输送等消防保护难题,各项性能指标均能满足模锻压机领域高温、易燃、易蔓延、油渍污染等特殊环境灭火要求。灭火系统试验表明,定压贮存式高压二氧化碳灭火系统具有灭火迅速、灭火后不污损被保护物、灭火剂价格低廉等特性,具有在大型模锻压机领域推广的实际应用价值。

It was introduced the current construction condition of large-scale die forging hydraulic press in our country and the fire danger, and the protection scheme of constant pressure storage type high pressure carbon dioxide extinguishing system was put forward for fire danger. Through the case analysis of fire protection and the fire-extinguishing scheme design for large-scale (80000 t) die forging press of China National Erzhong Group Co. Ltd., it was summarized that this system could solve different kinds of fire protection problems, such as conditions in large underground space, in complex environment and in ultra long distance transportation etc. In result, all performance indexes could meet the extinguishing requirements in special environment, such as high temperature, flammable, easy to spread and oil pollution. Meanwhile, the test of fire-extinguishing system shows that this system has characteristics of fast extinguishment, the protected items without pollution and damage after extinguishing and low consumption of extinguishing agent. Therefore, it has application value in the field of large-scale die forging press.
