Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics and the characteristics of the stamping process for 3D printer motor stator part, the plastic superposition principle, nesting design and special structure device of the stator parts formed by the multi-position progressive die were described. Main contents are:(1) the superposition plastic forming point of the stator part is designed as circular shape; (2) the layout scheme has seven steps, including punching guide pin and eight small holes and pre-punching the inner hole for the first time, punching groove shaped, punching plastic forming measurement pore with rivet contact, punching the ultimate size hole for the second time, punching tooth profile and plastic forming rivet hole, idle station, stator blanking and the superposition plastic forming;(3) the thickness-control structure of the superposition plastic forming products of the stator parts, the precise positioning structure of many pairs of guide pin, and the structure of the fault detection. The experimental results show that comparing with the original single step stamping technology, the time of the stator parts production is shortened, the labor intensity is reduced, the product accuracy is ensured and the requirements of mass products are met when the stator parts are stampted by the superposition plastic forming structure with the multi position progressive die.
