42CrMo转向横拉杆断裂分析及优化设计

摘要:

采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、断口宏观分析、微观分析以及受力分析等方法,对断裂的42CrMo转向横拉杆进行失效分析。研究表明,转向横拉杆的失效原因为交变载荷下的疲劳断裂,导致疲劳断裂的直接原因是横拉杆局部应力集中严重。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,采用正交试验设计与方差分析方法,分析了结构参数对应力集中的影响,得出转向横拉杆的结构落差尺寸A为引起应力值偏大的主要因素,优化后两个区域的应力值分别下降20.89%和13.72%。优化结构参数后的转向横拉杆批量生产后没有出现之前断裂现象,优化效果显著,满足了生产使用要求。

Fracture failure analysis of steering tie rod 42CrMo was conducted by chemical composition analysis, hardness test and macro-micro and force analysis of fracture region. The results show that the failure is caused by fatigue fracture under alternative load and the fatigue  fracture results directly from  severe stress concentration. The influence of structure parameters on the stress concentration is analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, orthogonal experiment design and variance analysis method, and it is showed that the gap size A of the tie rod is the main factor resulting in increasing of stress concentration. After optimization design, the stresses of the fracture region are reduced by 20.89% and 13.72% respectively. The bulk-production tie rod appears no fracture failure again after the optimization of structure parameters, which meets the production requirement.
