厚板辊式矫直机压下规程计算公式的推导与修正

以矫直单元为研究对象,考虑了辊距的不同,利用几何方法推导出了适用于2800七辊厚板矫直机压下规程的计算公式,并引进了修正系数X。根据公式计算出30,50和70 mm厚度轧件的矫直压下规程,并在Abaqus中建立了矫直过程的有限元模型。通过调整修正系数X的值,最终得出满足各轧件矫后不平直度要求的矫直压下规程。经过数据处理,归纳出了修正系数与板厚之间的关系,确定了修正系数X的取值。使用修正后的计算公式,计算出40和60 mm厚度轧件的矫直压下规程,通过有限元方法进行验证,矫直后的轧件的不平直度小于1 mm·m-1,满足高质量厚板对平直度的要求,因此修正后的矫直压下规程计算公式的精度得到提高。

For the straightening unit, the calculation formula of rolling schedule applied to the 2800 seven roller plate straightening machine was deduced by the geometric method considering the difference of roller spacing, and then the modified coefficient X was confirmed. According to the calculation formula, rolling schedules of 30,50 and 70 mm plates were given, and the finite element model of straightening process was established by the FEA software Abaqus. Adjusting the modified coefficient X, the rolling schedules of straightening meeting the requirement of unevenness were obtained. Through processing the data, the relationship between modified coefficient X and thickness was summarized, and the value of the modified coefficient X was determined. The rolling schedules of 40 and 60 mm plates were calculated by the calculation formula, and verified by the FEA method. The result shows that the unevenness of the steel plate is less than 1 mm·m-1 after straightening, which meets the flatness requirements of high quality plate. Therefore,the straightening precision of the calculation formula after the modification of rolling schedules is improved.
