汽车轻量化及铝合金在现代汽车生产中的应用综述

摘要:

 汽车轻量化能够有效节约油耗和减少排量,铝及铝合金的材料特点以及性能优势使其成为当今社会汽车轻量化的首选材料。主要阐述了铝合金在汽车上的应用现状,包括欧美国家以及我国的铝合金应用现状和生产现状,介绍了现代汽车上所应用的铝材的分类:铝合金和铝基复合材料,并对每种分类下的材料在汽车上的具体应用做出了详细的介绍。最后基于研究现状,指出了我国铝合金在汽车上的应用发展中存在的几点制约因素,并提出了一些建议。

 Lightweight automobile can save fuel consumption and reduce emissions effectively,so it has already become the preferred material due to material characteritics and performance advantages of aluminum and aluminum alloy. It was mainly described the current application of aluminum alloy on the car including the production status in Europe, the United States and China. It was introduced that the classification of aluminum material utilized in the present automobile:aluminum alloy and aluminum matrix composites. Furthermore, it was introduced the application of each category of the materials in the car. At last, based on the above research status, some restriction factors of aluminum alloy in automobile development in China were pointed out, and some suggestions were proposed as well.
