冲孔装置在侧围外板夹具中的应用与研究

开发了一种冲孔装置用于某汽车侧围外板焊接夹具,满足了侧围数模在设变过程中模具结构无法满足的内容。通过夹具上的定位销对板件进行孔定位,通过夹钳部位的型面夹紧装置对型面进行夹紧及定位,确保精度要求。重点描述了冲孔装置的结构及工作原理,通过汽缸、滑轨、传感器、冲孔凸凹模的结构设计,实现了设变过程中对侧围增加孔的需求。生产实际证明,该冲孔装置能有效地应用在侧围外板夹具上,满足了生产中对孔精度的要求,降低了车型工装的开发成本及设变费用,提高了生产效率。

A piercing device used in the side frame outer panel fixture of a car was developed, which met the die structure requirement during the design and change process of side frame. The hole of the panel was positioned by positioning pin in fixture, and the profiles were clamped and positioned by clamping device located in the surface of clamping position to ensure the accuracy. The structure and working principle of piercing device were mainly described, the hole added in the side frame during design and change process was realized through the structure designs of cylinder, slippery course, sensors, piercing punch and piercing die. Production practice proves that the piercing device can be effectively used in the side frame outer panel fixture. Therefore, it can meet the production requirement of piercing accuracy, reduce the cost of both model tooling development and design and change, and improve the production efficiency.
