铁路货车中型锻件自动化生产线的设计与应用

摘要:

介绍了一条生产铁路货车中型锻件的自动化锻造生产线的工艺分析、设备选择和平面布置。生产线中制坯采用北京机电研究所生产的680型辊锻机,加热设备采用中频感应加热设备,锻造设备采用俄罗斯产的6300 t热模锻压力机,物料传输采用德国库卡机器人。该生产线以高度自动化的理念来完成锻件的制造,从而获得了高品质铁路货车中型锻件和高效的生产率,达到了作业环境改善的目的。同时,在该生产线中还实现了计算机网络化管理、远程故障诊断和维护及生产过程的智能化制造。

It was introduced that the technology analysis, equipments selection and layout of a forging automation line for producing medium forging workpiece of the railway truck. In the production line, the billet was made by 680 type forging roll machine from BRIMET, and the medium frequency induction heating machine was used to heat the billet with 6300 t hot die forging press made in Russian applied to forge workpiece, and then materials were transported by kuka-robotics. This highly-automated production line produces medium forging workpiece with good quality and high productivity, and improves the working conditions at the same time. Meanwhile, the computer network management, remote fault diagnosis and maintenance, and the intelligent manufacturing were realized in this production line.
