为了提高伺服压力机传动系统的动态特性,建立了曲柄肘杆传动系统的结构简图,运用矢量方程法建立了该机构的几何参数数学模型,然后根据等效转动惯量的转换条件建立了该系统的等效转动惯量数学方程,最后通过MATLAB软件建立了该系统的数学模型,分析得出该机构在主滑块不同行程长度时所对应的等效转动惯量幅值曲线,并分析了在伺服电机恒扭矩输出时曲柄的加减速性能。分析结果表明,通过减小该机构的主滑块行程长度,可以明显减小转动惯量,提高曲柄的角加速度,从而提高该系统的动态性能。

In order to improve the dynamic performance of driving system of the servo press, the structure sketch of the crank-toggle link transmission system was established, and the geometric parameters mathematic model of this system was established by the vector equation. Then, the mathematical equation of equivalent rotating inertia was established based on its transition condition, and the mathematical model of this mechanism was established with software MATLAB. Furthermore, the amplitude curves of equivalent rotating inertia were obtained by analyzing the different stroke lengths of this system, and the acceleration and deceleration performance curves of crank were analyzed under the servo motor constant torque output. The analysis results show that the inertia of the mechanism can be reduced obviously, the angular acceleration of the crank is increased and the dynamic performance of this system is improved by reducing the stroke length of this system.
