飞行模拟器液压操纵负荷系统稳定性分析

摘要:

 以B737-800机型飞行模拟器液压操纵负荷系统为研究对象,将操纵负荷系统分为内、外两个回路分别进行建模,并建立等效力-位移阻抗系统模型,便于进行稳定性影响因素分析。研究了内回路特性对外回路频率特性的影响,以及操纵机构参数对系统稳定性的影响,得出了内回路带宽的约束条件和外回路稳定性条件。在实验平台上进行验证,实验结果符合理论推导。研究结果表明:这种建模方法具有较高的力跟踪精度;拓展内回路带宽有利于增强外回路稳定性;力函数模型质量绝对值越大,系统稳定性越差。

 

 For the flight simulator hydranlic control loading system (CLS) of B737-800, the control system model was established by dividing the system into internal loop and outer loop seperately, and an equivalent force-displacement impedance model was conducted in order to analyze the influence factors of its stability. Furthermore, the influences of the inner loop characteristic on the outer loop frequency characteristic and the control mechanism on the outer loop stability were studied, and the constraint conditions of the inner loop bandwidth and the outer loop stability were obtained. Finally, the system stability conditions were validated by the experiments. The experiment result is in agreement with the theoretical derivation and shows that the control system model is of a high force tracking accuracy; expanding the bandwidth of internal loop is benefit to enhance the system stability; the greater the absolute value of force model mass is,the worse the system stability is.
