基于灰色关联度的连杆衬套强力旋压参数优化

摘要:

 强力旋压工艺参数的选取对连杆衬套的力学性能、生产成本及生产效率有着十分重要的影响。采用正交设计试验方案进行了不同参数下的强力旋压试验,以旋压后工件的布氏硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度为评价指标,通过分析其灰色关联系数和灰色关联度,进行多目标参数优化,得到了优化后的强力旋压的参数组合及对评价指标影响程度的主次顺序,将优化后的强力旋压参数组合与正交优化的参数组合进行对比并进行试验验证。结果表明,影响力学性能的主次顺序为:芯模与旋轮的间距>热处理温度>进给比,采用优化后的旋压参数在保证产品质量的同时,减低生产成本,提高生产效率。

 The selection of power spinning process parameters critically influence connecting rod bushing mechanical properties, production costs and production efficiency. The power spinning under different parameters was conducted by orthogonal experiment method. Taking brinell hardness, yield strength, tensile strength of the workpiece after spinning as evaluation index, the optimization of multi-objective parameters was conducted through analyzing its correlation coefficient and gray correlation degree, and the optimized parameter combination of power spinning and the influence degree on the evaluation index were obtained. Furthermore, the parameter combinations of high power spinning obtained by multi-objective optimization and orthogonal optimization were compared and verified. The result shows that the major and minor sequence influencing on mechanical property are space of mandrel and roller, heat treatment temperature, and feeding comparison. Optimized spinning parameters can ensure product quality, reduce production costs and improve producing efficiency.
