数控冲压中心模具库设计与分析

摘要:

设计了数控冲压中心直线型模具库系统,并采用Creo 3.0进行了三维建模,分析了数控冲压中心模具库系统的工作原理,用ANSYS Workbench对模具库系统进行了模态分析,得出了前六阶固有频率和振型,并通过实验验证了建模和分析的正确性。分析结果表明,模具库系统的工作频率低于其固有频率范围,故模具库系统不会发生共振。通过对模具库系统进行瞬态动力学分析,得出最大等效应力在t=0.16 s时达到最大值8.3024 MPa,远小于材料的屈服强度355 MPa,因此,模具库系统的设计是合理的,能够满足受冲击载荷作用时的强度要求。

The linear die library system of CNC punching center was designed, and its three-dimensional model was established by Creo 3.0. Thus, the working principle of the die library system was analyzed. The modal analysis of die library system was carried out by ANSYS Workbench, and the top six order natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained. Furthermore, the accuracy of the modal analysis was verified by experiment. The results show that the working frequency is lower than its inherent frequency range, so the resonance will not occur. Through the analysis of the transient dynamics analysis, it is concluded that the maximum equivalent stress is up to 8.3024 MPa when t=0.16 s and it is far less than the material yield strength 355 MPa. So the design of die library system is reasonable, and it can meet the strength requirement under the impact loading.
