带有内法兰零件的冷模锻加工工艺

摩托车柱状转向盘零件和离合器高压轴套零件均是带有内法兰的零件,针对这两种零件现有的机械加工工艺材料消耗大、劳动生产率低的问题,提出采用冷模锻工艺加工管坯来生产摩托车柱状转向盘零件和离合器高压轴套零件的新方法,设计制造了用于标准液压机上的两种零件的冷锻模具,分析了两种零件的成形过程。实验结果证明,采用冷模锻工艺加工管坯生产带有内法兰的摩托车转向盘零件和离合器轴套零件是可行的。与机械加工工艺相比较,冷模锻工艺能够降低材料损耗50%~60%,提高劳动生产率0.5~1倍,并达到节能减排的目的。

The column steering dish of motorcycle and the clutch high-pressure shaft sleeve are the parts with inner flange. For the issues of large material consumptions and low productivity of two parts under the current machinery manufacturing, a new technology producing pipe was put forward by cold die forging. Then, the forging dies were designed for the standard hydraulic press, and their forging processes were analyzed. The experiment result shows that the new technology is feasible to produce the parts with inner flange of column steering dish of motorcycle and cluth high-pressure shaft sleeve. Comparing with the current manufacturing process, the cold die forging process reduces material losses by 50%-60%, and improves labor productivity by 50%-100% . Thus, the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction are realized.
