汽车左右后轮罩前段拉延模设计

摘要:

汽车左右后轮罩的形状复杂,拉延成形难度较大,易出现拉裂及褶皱现象,废品率非常高。针对以上问题,基于汽车左右后轮罩零件的结构特点,对汽车左右后轮罩拉延工艺特性进行了分析,指出拉延模具设计的难点,确定了拉延件的冲压方向,指出选择冲压方向时需要注意的因素。对拉延模具结构进行了优化,分析了模具结构的特点及模具的工作原理。在模具设计过程中,采用双动拉延模,多方位同时冲压,使得毛坯与凸模的接触多且分散,很好地避免了拉裂与起皱现象,提高了冲压件的成品率。优化后的拉延模不但简化了模具结构,而且大大降低了模具的制造成本。

 The shape of the car left and right rear wheel cover is complex, and the drawing process is difficult, so it occurs to crack and wrinkle easily and obtains a high rejection rate when it is drawing. For the above problems, based on the structure features of the car left and right rear wheel, its process features were analyzed, and the key design issues of die were given. Then, the drawing direction was determined, and the key factors of selection were pointed out. Furthermore, the die structure was optimized, and the features of die structure and the working principle of die were analyzed. In the process of die design, the stamping was realized by double action drawing die to make the blank and punch contact and scatter. Therefore, the crack and wrinkling phenomenon were avoided, and the pass rate of produce was improved. So, the optimized drawing die simplifies the die structure and saves costs for manufacture.
