基于变压边力的汽车翼子板成形

摘要:

采用变压边力加载方式对汽车翼子板的冲压成形过程进行研究。运用Dynaform软件对汽车翼子板的成形过程进行有限元仿真分析。仿真结果发现,恒定压边力下零件发生轻微拉裂,不能满足成形要求。在恒定压边力无法获得满意成形结果的情况下,采用变压边力加载方式对其进一步研究,模拟分析了6种变压边力加载方式下的成形效果,获得了最佳的变压边力加载方式,大大改善了零件的成形效果。将实际拉深成形试模结果与仿真分析结果进行对比,验证了变压边力成形方案的可行性。在最终成形状态下,零件的最大变薄率为25.0%,最大增厚率为8.0%,总体成形质量较好,满足成形要求。研究结果表明,变压边力加载方式能够改善零件的成形效果。

The forming process of automobile fender was researched by variable blank holder force (VBHF), and the forming process was simulated by Dynaform. The simulation results show that the parts are slightly crack under constant blank holder force, which can not meet the requirements of forming. Therefore, the variable blank holder force loading method was used to carry out the research. The forming effect was simulated under six load methods of VBHF, and the optimal loading mode was obtained so as to improve the forming effect greatly. Furthermore, the feasibility of VBHF forming was verified by comparing experiment result with simulated analysis result. Finally, the maximum thinning rate was 25.0% and the maximum thickening rate was 8.0%, and the overall forming quality was better and satisfied the requirement of forming. The results prove that the loading way of VBHF can improve the forming effect.
