封头沉底盆的锻造拉伸工艺

摘要:

针对核电整体封头锻造过程中存在的拉伸变形问题,结合应力、应变研究,分析了在变温状态下锻造封头沉底盆的拉伸问题,总结了封头最终应变特性和静水压力分布规律及“拉伸凸台”、“底部变薄”的原因,提出了“镦粗制饼制盆平整制盆平整拉伸”的解决方案。通过对720,760和800 mm不同拉伸量对比研究,得出760 mm左右的拉伸量对改善封头厚度不均匀起到了一定的作用,改善了封头受力情况与机械加工工艺性,本研究成果应用于AP1000核电容器顶盖锻件、CPR1000水室封头取得了圆满成功。

For the problem of stretch deformation in the forging process of integral head for nuclear power, the stretch process of head sink basin was analyzed under the changing temperature from the perspective of the stress and strain. Then, it was summarized that the head final strain characteristics, the static water pressure distribution law and the reason of “stretch convex platform” and “bottom thinning”. A solution was put forward as “upsetting cake-first forming basin-correct-second forming basin-correct-stretch”. Through the comparative study on the 720, 760 and 800 mm stretch values, the result shows that 760 mm stretch value can improve the uneven head thickness, the head stress distribution and mechanical processing. Thus, AP1000 nuclear power vessel lid forgings and CPR1000 water chamber head are produced successfully based on the above research result.
