轧制差厚板在汽车冲压件上的应用

摘要:

轧制差厚板作为新兴的汽车白车身轻量化技术,与传统高强钢、激光拼焊板相比,具有轻量化效果好、成本低的特点。本文以汽车白车身左前纵梁内板为载体,进行了轧制差厚板原材料、冲压件模具的开发,并进行了白车身匹配、整车碰撞、质保路试等应用试验,实现了轧制差厚板的规模化生产,并且搭载整车实现了大批量应用。阐述了轧制差厚板在汽车白车身上的应用范围,提出了轧制差厚板冲压件模具的开发要点,并提出了轧制差厚板的整车搭载验证关注点,为轧制差厚板技术在国内自主车型上的应用积累了经验。

Compared with the traditional high strength steel plate, tailor welded blanks (TWB) and so on, tailor rolling blanks (TRB) is of the characteristics of light weight and low cost in the car body lightweight technology. For inside panel of the left front beam, the TRB raw materials and stamping die were developed, and the applied experiments were carried out such as the white body matching, the vehicle collision, the quality of road test and other related tests. Thus, the large scale production was realized, and the scale production and application of TRB were conducted. Furthermore, the application ranges of TRB in automotive white body were determined, and the key points of the development of TRB die and whole vehicle verified were presented. Thus, the application experiences of TRB technology in the domestic independent models are accumulated.
