摘要:

针对大口径薄壁无缝钢管生产困难的问题,在不改造现有设备的基础上,介绍了一种大口径Φ508 mm系列薄壁无缝钢管的轧制新工艺。在本方案中,设计了Φ480 mm的顶头,并且重新设计了穿孔参数,修改了连轧数模,并增加了Φ509.6 mm的芯棒。采用这种新工艺后,Φ508 mm机组薄壁管系列能生产的规格为:外径范围为Φ457~Φ508 mm,壁厚范围为9.5~10.5 mm。本设计方法所生产的大口径薄壁无缝钢管,头部、中间尺寸相对比较稳定,对毛管进行减径、延伸和减壁,改善了荒管内、外表面光洁度,同时提高了壁厚均匀度,壁厚精度可以控制达到±8%以内。
 

For producing seamless steel tube with large diameter and thinwall, a new rolling process was introduced to produce Φ508 mm series products with
 large diameter and thinwall. Then, the piercing plug with Φ480 mm diameter and the perforated parameters were redesigned respectively, and the continuous rolling die was improved and the core rod  with Φ509.6 mm diameter was added. Therefore, Φ508 mm series products with outside diameter of Φ457-Φ508 mm and wall thickness of 9.5-10.5 mm can be produced. Finally, the sizes of head and middle of tubes were relatively stable, and the internal and external surface roughness of pierced billet were improved by reducing capillary diameter, extension and wall reduction. At the same time, the wall thickness uniformity was improved, and its precision can be controlled less than ±8%.
