冷轧工艺对301L不锈钢组织及性能的影响

摘要:

对1.5 mm厚的301L不锈钢板材进行多道次冷轧试验,得到压下率分别为20%,30%,40%的板材;通过对冷轧板材的拉伸试验、金相分析、SEM分析、XRD衍射分析及硬度测试,研究冷轧压下率对301L不锈钢组织及性能的影响规律。研究表明,随着冷轧压下率的增大,301L不锈钢中的应变诱发马氏体会逐渐增多,材料的屈服强度由789 MPa提高至1260 MPa,抗拉强度由977 MPa提高至1317 MPa,显微硬度则提高了120 HV;材料出现晶粒碎化现象,产生细晶强化;同时,由于301L不锈钢中的马氏体相变,20%压下率的301L不锈钢拉伸应变硬化指数要高于30%压下率的301L不锈钢。

After the multipass cold rolling experiment of 1.5 mm thickness stainless steel 301L, the sheets with reduction ratio of 20%, 30% and 40% were obtained, and the influences of cold rolling reduction ratio on microstructure and properties of stainless steel 301L were investigated by tensile test, metallographic analysis, SEM analysis, XRD diffraction analysis and hardness test of cold rolled sheets. The research shows that with the increase of cold rolling reduction ratio for stainless steel 301L, the amount of strain induced martensite gradually increases, the yield strength increases from 789 MPa to 1260 MPa, the tensile strength increases from 977 MPa to 1317 MPa, and the microhardness increases by 120 HV. Furthermore, the material appears grain fragmentation resulting in fine grain strengthening. Meanwhile, due to the martensitic transformation in stainless steel 301L, the tensile strain hardening exponent of 20% reduction ratio stainless steel 301L is greater than that of 30% reduction ratio stainless steel 301L.
