降低U型冲压件开发成本的研究

介绍了汽车冲压件中U型件与多个小型冲压件套件技术的应用,对产品造型要求、工艺要求、模具结构排布及注意事项、应用的优势等多方面进行了详细讲解。通过将4个小型冲压件搭接在两个U型冲压件的补充模面中,经过拉延+(修边、冲孔)+(修边、冲孔、剖切)3道工序得到6个冲压件,改变了原工艺规划的6个工序的加工过程。本技术的应用降低了模具工装的开发成本、减少了操作工人数量,并且降低了冲压件的冲次费用,提高了材料利用率及模具工序比;模具的开发费用节省了3万元,材料利用率可由44.1%上升为48.9%,单台节省坯料0.4 kg,降低了白车身冲压件的开发成本。

The application of nested process for Ushaped parts and many small stamping parts in automobile was introduced, and the product modeling requirements, process requirements, die arrangement and precautions, and advantages of application were explained. Then, six stamping parts produced by drawing+(trimming, piercing)+(trimming, piercing and cutting) were obtained by nesting four small stamping parts into the complementary die surface of two Ushaped stamping parts, and six processes of the original process were improved. Therefore, the development costs of die, the number of operators and the punching costs of stamping parts were reduced, and the material utilization and die process ratio were improved. The results show that the development costs of die save 30000 yuan, the material utilization rate increases from 44.1% to 48.9%, the blank is saved as 0.4 kg every single press, and the development costs of white body stamping parts are reduced too.
