基于参数化设计的闭式双点压力机CAD设计方法的研究和实践

摘要:
闭式双点压力机是一种典型的客户化定制的大型装备,由众多的零部件组成并且各部分的零部件之间具有复杂的关联关系,简单采用商业三维软件效率低、易出错。由于闭式双点压力机具有系列化的特点,在对成熟机型的闭式双点压力机模型参数化的基础上,利用VC++结合ADO链接Access数据库的技术对SolidWorks进行二次开发,对SolidWorks文件之间参考关系批量获取与修改的方法进行探究,同时借助SolidWorks API函数修改方程式,驱动模型尺寸变化,实现了新的闭式双点压力机的设计、文件名称更改、文件参考关系的更新以及多余文件的删除,可以快速获得满足设计要求并且与现有文件具有参考关系的设计文件。
Straight side two point press is a typical customized large equipment, which consists of many parts, and there is a complex association among each component of the press. So it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and efficiency only by simply adopting commercial 3D software. In view of the seriation features of the straight side two point press and based on the parameterization of the straight side two point press model for mature machine,the SolidWorks was secondary developed by VC++ and ADO technology linking to Access database,and the method of acquirement in batch and modification of reference relation among SolidWorks files were explored. Meanwhile,the equations were modified by SolidWorks API functions to change the model dimension, and the design of straight side two point press with new parameters, the change of file names, the update of file reference relation and the delete of redundant files were realized to effectively acquire the design file that meets the design requirement and has reference relation with the existing documents.
