铝合金螺旋面挤压过程数值模拟及模具优化

摘要:

 采用模拟软件Deform-3D基于热力耦合对6063铝合金螺旋面型材挤压成形过程进行模拟,获得了挤压过程中载荷-时间曲线、应变场、应力场、速度场及金属流动情况。结果表明,金属流出工作带后,在同一截面内的应力、应变分布不均,型材内部金属发生回弹运动,使螺旋面的螺旋升角变小。针对上述问题,提出在模具工作带后面增设可拆卸式矫正器的方法,保证铝合金螺旋面螺旋角度的精度。最后,通过实验验证了这一方法的可行性,模具优化后螺旋面螺旋升角由11.96°提高至20.99°,螺旋面精度提高了33.7%。

 

 The extrusion process of aluminum alloy 6063 spiral profile was simulated by software Deform-3D based on the thermo-mechanical coupling, and the load time curve, strain field, stress field, velocity field and metal flow situation in the extrusion process were obtained. However, after the metal flowed out of working band, the stress and strain distribution of metal in the same cross section are uneven, and the springback movement occurres in internal metal of profile, which makes the spiral angle of the spiral surface smaller. For the above problems, the method of adding disassembly correction equipment at the back of working band of the mold was put forward to ensure the precision of spiral angle of the spiral surface for aluminum alloy. Finally, the feasibility of this method was verified by experiment. Thus, the spiral angle of the spiral surface is raised from 11.96° to 20.99° after mold optimization, and its accuracy is improved by 41%.
