基于Simufact强力旋压连杆衬套旋轮参数的研究

摘要:
为得到高成形质量的连杆衬套,以锡青铜连杆衬套为研究对象,以成形质量中内径扩径量、外圆度误差、直线度误差为评价指标,以旋轮参数中工作角、圆弧半径、轴向错距为变量因素,通过响应曲面法设计了试验表,采用错距旋压成形方式,利用Simufact软件进行数值模拟,对旋轮参数对成形质量的影响进行分析,得出最优旋轮参数组合并进行试验验证。结果表明:工件成形质量最优时的旋轮参数组合为轴向错距为5 mm,工作角为20°,圆弧半径为4 mm。对成形质量内径扩径量影响程度顺序是圆弧半径>工作角>轴向错距;对外圆度误差的影响程度顺序是工作角>圆弧半径>轴向错距;对直线度误差影响程度顺序是圆弧半径>工作角>轴向错距。

 In order to get a connecting rod bushing with high forming quality, for the QSn7-0.2 bushing connecting rod, the experiment table was established by the response surface method with the inner diameter expansion, external roundness error and straightness error of forming quality as evaluation indexes and with the working angle, arc radius and offset of axis direction of rotation wheel parameters as variable factors. Then, the influences of rotation wheel parameters on the forming quality were analyzed by software Simufact, and the optimal combination of rotation wheel parameters was obtained and tested by experiment. The results show that the optimal combination of rotation wheel parameters in forming quality is offset of  axis direction of 5 mm, working angle of 20°, arc radius of 4 mm, and the sequence of influences on the inner diameter expansion is  arc radius >working angle>offset of axis direction. While that on the external roundness error is working angle>arc radius>offset of axis direction. And that on the straightness error is arc radius >working angle>offset of axis direction.
