基于有限元的波浪刃口下料提升材料利用率实例

摘要:

以有限元模拟技术为平台,对研究对象车门外板坯料止口进行优化,验证波浪刃口开卷落料在提升材料利用率、降低生产成本上的有效性。有限元模拟显示,波浪刃口落料料片成形时无起皱和开裂等问题。实物验证阶段,采用波浪刃口开卷落料,所得料片经冲压调试出件,与有限元模拟一致,无任何问题。由此可以得出如下结论:采用波浪刃口开卷落料,车门外板工序不增加,无成形问题,且所需坯料质量由16.7 kg降低至15.84 kg,材料利用率由40.3%提升至41%。经批量生产,无生产性问题,且产生了较大经济效益,可以推广至其他冲压件。
 

 The study object of outer panel blank of door was optimized based on the platform of finite element simulation technology, and the effectiveness of improving material utilization and reducing production costs in the wave edge expanding and cutting was verified. The finite element simulation result shows that there is no wrinkling and cracking during the forming of cutting pieces for wave edge. When the actual verification was conducted, the wave edge expanding and cutting was adopted, and the obtained pieces formed by stamping were the same as that of finite element simulation and without any problem. It brings the following conclusion that taking wave edge expanding and cutting, the processes of outer panel of door will not be increased and without any problem in forming, and the weight of needed blank is decreased from 16.7 kg to 15.8 kg as well as the material utilization is increased from 40.3% to 41%. Therefore, the greater economic benefits are obtained without production problem by mass production, and other stamping parts can apply the above method.
