提高商用车外板零件棱线品质的方法技巧

摘要:

汽车外板零件棱线缺陷产生的原因主要是设计阶段产生的缺陷和生产过程产生的缺陷。设计缺陷主要有拐点小、反差大等,生产过程产生的缺陷主要是由于模面精度超差、研配基准不统一等造成的。为了消除外板零件棱线的这些缺陷,通过采用CAE分析、精细模面设计及优化制造流程(如:动态测量、基准比对)、精细化的研配(合理的抛光方法及技巧)、精细化调试(Audit评审)等方法,可消除生产调试过程中经常出现的棱线不清、棱线位移及反复整改的问题,降低调试难度和成本,缩短生产周期,保证棱线的清晰、平滑、光顺,是获得高质量外板成形模具的有效途径。

The main reasons producing ridge defects of outer plate parts for automobile are the defects produced in the design and production processes. The design defects are mainly small inflection point and large contrast, etc., and the defects in the production process are mainly produced by poor precision of die surface and uncoordinated grind and assemble standards, etc. In order to eliminate the above ridge defects of outer plate parts, through methods such as CAE analysis, fine die surface design, manufacturing process optimization (such as dynamic measurement, benchmarking), fine grind and assemble (reasonable polishing methods and techniques) and fine adjustment (Audit review), the problems of unclear ridge, ridge displacement and repeated rectification could be eliminated in the manufacture and debugging process. Thus, the debugging difficulty and cost are reduced and the production cycle is shorten to ensure a clear, smooth and polished ridge. In addition, it is an effective way to obtain an outer plate forming die with high-quality.
