离散锻造企业数据采集系统的实施与应用

摘要:

 阐述了生产数据对MES系统成功实施的重要性,明确数据采集系统是MES系统不可或缺的重要环节,结合在离散锻造企业中实施数据采集系统的经验,并分析工艺特点,对车间数据进行划分。结合离散锻造企业车间整体布局现状和整体网络架构等特点,提出可采用工业以太网在车间全局覆盖,从而实现各类数据的网络传输。根据数据结构和通讯协议要求,提出多种采集相结合的方式来规划生产数据采集方案。基于以上内容的研究和分析,设计针对不同设备、多种数据类型的数据采集要求的企业数据采集系统,以实现生产数据实时采集。

 The importance of production data to the successful implementation of MES system was summarized, and the data collection system was defined as an indispensable part of the MES system. According to the  implementation experience of data collection system in discrete forging company and analyzing the characteristics of process, the production data were divided. Combining with the characteristics of overall layout and distribution of discrete forging company workshop, the industrial ethernet was applied to cover the entire workshop so as to realize the wireless network transmission of all kinds of data. According to the requirements of data structure and communication protocol, the production data collection system based on multiple collection methods was proposed. Based on the above research and analysis, the data collecting system was proposed for data collected enterprises with different equipments and different data types to achieve realtime collection of production data.
