基于FEM的套件成形工艺

摘要:

 为提高材料利用率,降低工装、材料及生产成本,以某乘用车型天窗加强框和天窗加强框连接梁为例,结合零件造型特点,采用套件成形工艺,基于有限元平台,对套件成形工艺的两组零件的成形过程进行动态模拟,优化工艺工序。研究表明:利用天窗加强框零件中间废料区作工艺补充,其材料利用率较单件由40.11%提升至45.06%,降低了零件材料成本;省略加强框连接梁OP10工序的模具开发,减少了工序数。通过试验验证,该产品效果良好,无开裂暗伤,零件精度达标。该工艺为批量生产冲压件提供了依据。

 To improve the material utilization rate and reduce the equipment, materials and production cost, for the skylight frame and skylight connection beam of a car, the nesting forming process was adapted considering the characteristics of part modeling. Then,the nesting forming processes of two sets of parts were simulated dynamically based on the finite element platform, and the processes were optimized. The study shows that the material utilization rate is increased from 40.11% to 45.06% by using the waste area of frame parts as the process supplement, and the costs of materials are reduced. Furthermore, the die development of OP10 process is deleted, and the number of stamping steps is reduced. The test shows that the product quality is good without crack, and the precision of parts meets standard requirements. Thus, this process provides basis for mass production of stamping parts.
