激光拼焊板在天窗加强框上的应用

摘要:

基于Autoform对激光拼焊全景天窗加强框的成形性进行了仿真分析及工艺优化,为使用激光拼焊板生产全景天窗加强框提供理论依据,并从成形性、成本和生产效率等方面与传统非拼焊全景天窗加强框进行对比。经模拟分析及工艺优化可知,激光拼焊天窗加强框无成形性问题,并且在整体零件质量上减少了1.17 kg,模具质量减少了约8 t。利用激光拼焊板整体成形的全景天窗加强框无论在汽车整体结构、精致工艺方面,还是在汽车的工装成本以及生产成本上都有一定的优势。同时,该结构提升了整车的车身品质,为后期车身产品设计及制造工艺提供了参考。

The formability of the laser tailorwelded panoramic sunroof strengthening frame was simulated and optimized by software Autoform, and based on the traditional panoramic sunroof strengthening frame, its formability, cost, production efficiency and so on were compared to provide the theoretical basis for panoramic sunroof strengthening frame produced by laser tailorwelded blanks. Through simulation analysis and process optimization of laser tailorwelded sunroof,the strengthening frame has no formability problems, and the mass of the whole part is reduced by 1.17 kg. Thus, the weight of die is reduced by about 8 t. The panoramic sunroof strengthening frame formed by laser tailorwelded blanks has some advantages in the overall structure of automobile, the technology of refinement,the cost of tooling automobile and the production. At the same time,the body quality of the whole vehicle is improved by the above mentioned structure which provides reference for later body product design and manufacturing process.
