端盖冲压工艺分析及自动送料装置设计

摘要:

为了提高端盖产品的经济效益,设计了两副级进模具进行冲压生产,在两副模具之间使用自动送料装置传递半成品片料。采用双排排样方式,不设计载体,材料利用率提高至60%左右,有效降低了生产成本,提升了产能。自动送料装置的弹顶拨料机构将垂直堆积的片料可靠地逐一拆分后,用长程滑台气缸运送至拉深模取料区,取料区的上顶气缸使片料悬停于定位锥面上,便于取料机构精确取料并准确送进至拉深模具。自动送料装置与冲床联动,采用PLC控制,与冲床的凸轮信号同步。该装置机械结构精巧,制作成本低、效率高,保证了双片送料的精度及稳定性,并实现了自动化生产。

In order to increase economic efficiency for head cover, two kinds of progressive dies were designed for stamping production, and an automatic feeding installation transmitting slices of semifinished products between the two dies was conducted. Owing to doublerow layout without carrier, the material utilization ratio was increased to 60%, product cost was effectively reduced and productivity was improved. A slice was carried to reclaimed area of drawing die by long range slipway cylinder after the slice was split reliably from a stack of slices by the pushed slice mechanism with spring in the automatic feeding installation, and the slice was suspended on the positioning conical surface by ascending cylinder from the reclaimed area to take accurately and feed accurately into drawing die by a reclaimer. The automatic feeding installation was coordinated controlled with punch press and a synchronous signal of cam by PLC. The results show that the installation can ensure the double slices feeding precision and stability with ingenious mechanical structure, low cost, high efficiency and automated production.
