基于曲率积分法的方管矫直曲率解析研究

摘要:

以方管的弯曲缺陷形式为研究对象,基于弹塑性弯曲变形的理论,以方管断面在两个相邻矫直辊之间的历程为研究区间,以曲率积分法为基础,建立了曲率和压下量的关系模型,并建立了该断面在矫直历程中弯曲、弹性恢复和反向再弯曲等过程的数学模型。然后利用Matlab的fsolve优化算法对所建立的模型进行求解。同时,利用大型商业软件MSC.Marc建立方管矫直过程的三维接触有限元模型,并进行了模拟仿真。然后进行了方管矫直实验。最终通过对矫直过程中的数值解析、有限元分析、实验验证3种研究方式的结果进行对比分析,以验证矫直解析模型的正确性与实用性。

For the bending defect of square tube, based on the theory of elastic-plastic bending deformation, the history of  square tube section between two adjacent straightening rollers was taken as the research interval, and the relationship model between curvature and reduction was built by the curvature integration method. Then, the mathematical model was established to describe the process of bending, elastic recovery and reverse bending in the course of straightening of the section and solved by the fsolve optimization algorithm of Matlab. At the same time, a three-dimensional contact finite element model of the square tube straightening process was established by a large-scale commercial software MSC.Marc, and the simulation was conducted. Furthermore, the square tube straightening experiment was performed. Finally, the results of numerical analysis, finite element analysis and experimental verification during the straightening process were compared and analyzed to determine the correctness and practicality of the straightening analytical model.
