CFRP与AA6022-T4铝合金的自冲铆接接头力学性能分析

摘要:

CFRP及铝合金的应用是实现车身轻量化的重要途径,自冲铆接工艺是车身制造中广泛应用的异种材料连接技术。基于CFRP和AA6022T4铝合金的自冲铆接,首先针对试件搭接顺序对接头性能的影响进行对比分析,结果表明复合板在上层时的接头最大拉伸载荷比复合板在下层时高48%;然后针对复合板为上层试件的搭接顺序,研究了铆钉下压力对接头性能的影响,并从接头单向拉伸强度和接头断裂模式两个方面对不同铆钉下压力所得接头的载荷-位移曲线进行分析,揭示了铆钉下压力对接头性能的影响及机理,即下压力主要通过改变复合板的破坏程度及铆钉在下板的扩张量来影响接头的力学性能。

The application of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) and aluminum alloy is an important way to realize the lightweight of automotive body, and the self-piecing riveting (SPR) technology is a widely used joining technology for heterogeneous materials in automotive industry. For the self-piecing riveting of CFRP and AA6022-T4 aluminum alloy, the influence of stacking sequence of specimen on the performance of SPR joint was analyzed first. And it is proved that the maximum tensile load of SPR joint for the composite plate in the upper layer is 48% higher than that of the composite plate in the lower layer. Then, for the stacking sequence of the composite plate in the upper layer, the influence of rivet pressure on the joint performance was investigated, and the load-displacement curves of the joint obtained by different rivet pressures were analyzed from two aspects of joint uniaxial tensile strength and joint fracture mode. Furthermore, the influence of rivet pressure on the joint performance and its mechanism were discovered, namely, the mechanical properties of joint were affected by changing the damage degree of composite plate and the expansion of rivet on the lower plate.
