摘要:

以热轧工艺得到的Fe-17Mn-0.05C 钢作为研究对象,先对其实施退火再冷轧,之后在两相区温度650 ℃下分析其拉伸性能,并通过慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)方法测试了氢脆性能。研究结果表明:经过冷轧与650 ℃退火0.5 h的Fe-17Mn-0.05C钢中存在众多位错,组织结构也会发生明显改变;随着退火时间增加到300 min时,几乎所有碳化物都发生了溶解;随着退火时间达到60 min时,基体中奥氏体比例的上升趋势出现了降低的现象。经过冷轧的Fe-17Mn-0.05C钢可以达到很高的力学强度,但不具备良好的塑性,伸长率通常低于10%,当试样完成退火过程后,其塑性将会明显变大,并在10 min 时增加到最大值。退火态充氢试样发生了显著改变,生成实心韧窝,使材料获得更高的氢脆敏感性。
 

For Fe-17Mn-0.05C steel obtained by hot rolling process, it was annealed firstly and then cold-rolled, and its tensile properties were analyzed at the two-phase region temperature of 650 ℃. Then, its hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity was tested by the slow strain rate tension (SSRT) method. The results show that many dislocations exist in Fe-17Mn-0.05C steel after cold rolling and annealing at 650 ℃ during 0.5 h, and its microstructure also occurs obvious change. When the annealing time increases to 300 min, almost all the carbides dissolve, and when the annealing time reaches 60 min, the upward trend of austenite proportion in the matrix appears to decrease. However, the cold-rolled Fe-17Mn-0.05C steel can achieve high mechanical strength, but its plasticity decreases and the elongation is usually less than 10%. After the annealing process, the plasticity of sample is significantly increased, and it increases to the maximum at 10 min. Thus, the annealed hydrogenfilled specimen changes significantly, and it forms the solid dimple to make the material obtain high hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity.
