管夹多工位级进模设计

摘要:

 根据管夹零件的结构特点和技术要求进行了多工位排样设计,为保证送料过程中料带的刚度,排样设计采用中间载体加两侧载体的形式;在两侧载体上设置导正孔保证送料精度;在排样设计中设置了空位,保证凸模的安装和凹模的强度。管夹多工位级进模采用顺装结构,废料和工件落在不同的区域,免于人工分离;采用导正销确定送料步距,同时在冲裁工位设置了导正针,保证模具的冲压精度;采用了多次弯曲或反向弯曲减少回弹,保证工件尺寸精度。生产结果表明,管夹多工位级进模能够满足产品质量和生产率的要求。

 

 The multistation layout was designed according to structural features and technical requirements of clamp part, and the mode with both intermediate carrier and bilateral carriers was designed to ensure the rigidity of strip in the feeding process. Then, the guide holes were set up on the bilateral carriers to ensure the feeding accuracy, and some idle stations were designed to ensure the installation of the punches and the strength of dies. Furthermore, the formal structure was used in the multistation progressive die of clamp, and the scraps and workpieces falled in different areas to save manpower. Finally, the pilots were set to determine the feeding distance,meanwhile the guide needles were set in the blanking stations to ensure the stamping accuracy of dies, and multi bending or reverse bending was designed to reduce the springback and ensure the workpiece dimension accuracy. The production results show that the product quality and productivity can be met by the multistation progressive die for clamp.
