某车型前门内板起皱问题研究和改进

针对某车型前门内板起皱的问题,分析了其产生的可能原因,并通过CAE分析与现场调试相结合的方式逐一进行排查,排除了拉延工艺、材料性能、机床参数、模具表面质量、压料面间隙等可能的影响因素,最终确定导致起皱问题的主要原因为起皱位置处的凸凹模加工间隙过大和刺破刀过早刺破:凸凹模间隙过大,料片成形过程中受到的轴向压应力小,无法在拉延过程中压住侧壁,料不受控,从而容易产生起皱;刺破刀刺破过早,会导致局部料不受控,过多地向侧壁处流动,侧壁区域材料表层方向上的压应力增大,加重起皱的趋势。基于以上原因,进一步制定了相应的改进方案,调整凸凹模加工间隙至0.75 mm、延迟刺破时间,最终解决了前门内板起皱问题,提升了产品外观质量。

For the wrinkling problem of front door inner panel for a certain vehicle, the possible causes were analyzed, and the check out one by one was conducted by combining CAE analysis with on-site debugging. Then, the possible influencing factors, such as drawing process, material properties, machine parameters, die surface quality, binder clearance and so on, were excluded, and the main causes of wrinkling were identified as too large machining clearance between punch and die at wrinkling position and too early work of lancing cutter. If the clearance between punch and die is too large, the axial compressive stress in sheet forming process is too small to hold the side wall in the drawing process, and the material is uncontrolled to wrinkle easily. While the lancing cutter works too early, the local material is uncontrolled to excessively flow into the side wall, and the compressive stress in the surface direction of material around the side wall area is increased. Thus, the wrinkling trend is aggravated. For the above reasons, the corresponding solutions that adjusting the clearance between punch and die to 0.75 mm and delaying the lancing time were developed. Finally, the wrinkling problem of front door inner panel is solved and the product surface quality is improved successfully.
