以HJL.21电器开关为例,分析了多工位级进模在冲压成形工艺中的应用,完成了多组排样设计方案,最终确定了8工位的排样方案,各工位工序为:凸起并冲导正孔、冲半圆孔、冲中间大块废料、冲上下区域废料、冲中间部分连接废料、空工位、Z形折弯、切除。根据电器开关零件的结构特点,采用了导柱滚珠导向模架,其工作平稳、导向精度高。并研究设计了带导向槽的浮料装置,保证了垂直送料方向的定位,同时采用自动送料装置对条料进行粗定位、对导正销进行精定位,以保证送料步距的定位。模具中加装了限位装置,避免凸凹模磨损,并采用弹性卸料装置,保证了冲件的质量。设计的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,为同类制件的生产提供了一定的理论指导和技术支撑。

Taking HJL.21 electrical switch as an example, the application of multi-position progressive die in stamping process was analyzed. The multi-group design scheme of  layout was completed, and the layout scheme of eight-position was finally determined. The contents of each position process are as follows: protruding and punching the guiding hole, punching the semi-circular hole, punching the middle bulk waste, punching the upper and lower area waste, punching the connecting waste of the middle part, vacancy position, Z-shape bending and cutting. According to the structural characteristics of electrical switch parts, the die frame of guide pillar and ball guiding was adopted, which works smoothly and has high guiding precision. The float device with guide groove was designed to ensure the orientation of vertical feeding direction. At the same time, the automatic feeding device was used to roughly locate the strip and the guide pin was precisely located to ensure the position of feeding step. Limiting device was installed in the die to avoid wear of punch and concave dies, and elastic unloading device was adopted to ensure the quality of stamping parts. The designed die structure is compact and stable, which provides certain theoretical guidance and technical support for the production of similar parts.
