四辊卷板成形过程中宽度效应的影响规律

摘要:
在四辊卷板机卷制板材过程中,板材宽度变化会影响卷板质量。以弹塑性双线性硬化模型作为基础理论,推导出板材宽度、曲率和弯矩关系,建立四辊卷板滚弯过程数学模型,得到成形曲率与侧辊进给量的计算公式,并根据理论结果分析了板材宽度效应对板材滚弯过程的影响规律。结果表明:在宽板中心处,存在不利的双向拉伸条件,增加了板材的成形难度,宽度变化影响卷板的最小弯曲半径;随着板材宽度增加,板材所需成形力与驱动扭矩增加,筒体容易产生桶状变形。对板材四辊滚弯过程进行有限元仿真,结果表明:通过对宽板进行多道次滚弯,可以减小板材最大应力、轴辊成形力和驱动扭矩,有效控制板材宽度效应对四辊卷板成形过程的影响。
In the forming process of four-roller bending plate, the variation of plate width affects the quality of bending plate. Based on the elastoplastic bilinear hardening model, the relational formula between plate width, curvature and bending moment was derived, and the mathematical model of bending process for four-roller bending plate was established. Then, the calculation formula of forming curvature and side roller feeding amount was obtained, and according to the theoretical results, the influence of plate width effect on the bending process of plate was analyzed. The result shows that in the center of wide plate, there are unfavorable biaxial stretching conditions to increase the forming difficulty of plate, and the plate width variation affects the minimum bending radius of plate. With the increasing of plate width, the forming force and driving torque required for plate increase, and the barrel is prone to barrel deformation. Furthermore, the forming process of four-roller bending plate was simulated. And the finite element simulation result shows that the maximum stress of plate, the forming force of roller and the driving torque are reduced by multi-pass rolling of wide plate, and the influence of plate width effect on the forming process of four-roller bending plate is effectively controlled.
