镁合金汽车轮毂的挤压变形与性能研究

摘要:

研究了挤压温度对汽车轮毂用AM50-1.8%Ca镁合金显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:挤压温度为325~425 ℃时AM50-1.8%Ca镁合金的组织都为等轴晶+黑色颗粒状第2相,AM50-1.8%Ca镁合金在挤压温度为375 ℃ 时具有最为细小且均匀的组织;在相同浸泡时间下,挤压温度为375 ℃的AM50-1.8%Ca镁合金的析氢体积最小、腐蚀速率最小、腐蚀电位最大、腐蚀电流密度最小,且挤压温度为325和425 ℃的试样在腐蚀过程中都有点蚀发生,而挤压温度为375 ℃ 的试样在腐蚀过程中无点蚀发生;挤压温度为375 ℃时,AM50-1.8%Ca镁合金具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能和较高的强塑性,这主要与此时合金的晶粒细化、细小第2相的均匀分布以及组织均匀性等有关。
 

 The influences of extrusion temperature on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance property of AM50-1.8%Ca magnesium alloy for automobile hub were studied. The results show that the microstructure of AM50-1.8%Ca magnesium alloys is the equiaxed grains + the black granular second phase at the extrusion temperature of 325-425 ℃, and AM50-1.8%Ca magnesium alloy has the smallest and uniform microstructure at the extrusion temperature of 375 ℃. Under the same immersion time, AM50-1.8%Ca magnesium alloy at the extrusion temperature of 375 ℃ has the smallest hydrogen evolution volume, the smallest corrosion rate, the maximum corrosion potential and the smallest corrosion current density, and the specimens at the extrusion temperature of 325 ℃ and 425 ℃ has pitting corrosion during the corrosion process, and the specimens at the extrusion temperature of 375 ℃ has not pitting corrosion during the corrosion process. Furthermore, AM50-1.8%Ca magnesium alloy has the best corrosion resistance property and high plasticity at the extrusion temperature of 375 ℃, which is mainly related to the grain refinement, the uniform distribution of the fine second phase and the homogeneity of microstructure for the alloy.
