基于液压胀形的三叶等距型面装配式凸轮轴的接触有限元分析

摘要:

采用一种非圆的异形凸轮孔截面(即三叶等距型面)的凸轮,通过Pro/Engineer对装配式凸轮轴的零部件进行建模并完成组装,然后利用ABAQUS对该凸轮轴零部件的液压连接过程进行模拟,并对凸轮与芯轴在连接过程中的接触状态进行分析,采用了残余接触压力、残余接触面积和弹性回复量来表征其接触状态,并利用统计学的方法对目标曲线进行了拟合,最后,建立了上述3个变量之间的关系。研究表明,随着液压力与轴向进给量的增大,残余接触压力和残余接触面积呈现近线性增长的趋势,而弹性回复量呈现近线性下降的趋势;残余接触面积与残余接触压力呈正相关关系,与弹性回复量呈负相关关系。

Taking a kind of cam with non-circular special-shaped section of cam hole(Isometric-trilateral sectional profiles),  the components of assembled camshaft were modeled and assembled by Pro/Engineer, and the hydraulic connection process of assembled camshaft was simulated by ABAQUS. And the contact state of cam and shaft in the connection process was analyzed, in which the residual contact pressure, the residual contact area and the elastic recovery were used to characterize their contact state, and the target curves were fitted by statistical method. Finally, the relationship between the above three variables were established. The results indicate that with the increasing of hydraulic pressure and axial feeding amount, the residual contact pressure and the residual contact area show a near linear growth trend, while the elastic recovery shows a near linear decline trend. And the residual contact area has a positive correlation with the residual contact pressure and a negative correlation with the elastic recovery.
