波纹辊轧机辊系垂直振动的仿真与分析

摘要:

波纹辊轧机在轧制复合板过程中由于辊型曲线的影响经常会发生振动现象,波纹辊轧机辊系的垂直振动会影响轧制过程的稳定性,故以波纹辊轧机为研究对象,建立了轧机4自由度垂直振动模型。利用有限元软件ABAQUS,分别对波纹辊轧制与平辊轧制过程进行了仿真模拟,并对轧制过程中轧制力的变化情况进行了对比与分析。求解了波纹辊轧机辊系的固有频率,并利用Adams/Vibration分析模块,对波纹辊轧制与平辊轧制时轧辊的动态响应情况进行了仿真与分析。分析结果表明:由于波纹辊表面为波纹形,波纹辊轧制复合板时的轧制力比平辊轧制的轧制力大且轧制力波动较大,在垂直方向的振动较为明显。

The corrugated roll mill often vibrates due to the influence of roll shape curve in the rolling process of composite plate, and the vertical vibration of roll system in the corrugated roll mill affects the stability of rolling process. For the corrugated roll mill, the vertical vibration model of the rolling mill with four degrees of freedom was established. Then, the rolling processes of corrugated roll and flat roll were simulated by finite element software ABAQUS respectively, and the change of rolling force in the rolling process was compared and analyzed. Furthermore, the natural frequency of roll system in the corrugated roll mill was solved, and the dynamic response of roll in the rolling process with corrugated roll and flat roll was simulated and analyzed by analysis module Adams/Vibration. The results show that because the surface of corrugated roll is waviness, when rolling composite plate,the rolling force of corrugated roll is larger than that of flat roll with the great rolling force fluctuate, and the vibration in vertical direction is more obvious.
