一种托片级进模设计

摘要:

通过对托片的结构、料厚、材料等因素的工艺分析,确定采用级进模设计方案。分析了托片零件的冲压工艺性能,根据其成形特点和技术要求,介绍了排样方案和级进模总体结构设计。以制件的本体为主载体,采用两对列排列中间载体的排样方式,设计了11个工位,包括冲裁、弯曲及空工位,材料利用率为534%;增设了预弯曲工序,以减少弯曲回弹,保证弯曲精度。模具结构采用正装结构,双重导向;冲裁凸模采用快换式结构,凹模采用分段拼合结构;条料送进时,采用导料板导向、侧刃粗定距、导正销精定距;设计了双排托料钉、双排导正销及内置导柱和导套等结构,保证送料和导料精度。经过分析论证,结果表明:托片多工位级进模结构稳定可靠,工艺设计合理,能够保证零件尺寸精度并满足生产批量的要求。

Based on the process analysis of structure, material thickness, material and other factors for supporting plate, a progressive die design scheme was determined. Then, the stamping process performance of supporting plate was analyzed, and according to its forming characteristics and technical requirements, the layout scheme and the overall structure design of progressive die were introduced. Furthermore, the main body of workpiece was used as the main carrier, the layout method was adopted that two pairs of rows were arranged in the middle carrier, and the eleven stations including blanking, bending and empty stations were designed which the material utilization rate was 534%. Then the pre-bending process was added to reduce bending springback and ensure bending accuracy. In addition, the die was designed as the structure where the parts were pushed down and double guide, and the punch adopted the quick-change structure and the die adopted the segmented split structure. When the material was fed, the guide plate was used to guide, the side blades were roughly fixed, and the guide pins were precisely fixed. Finally, the structure of double-row holding nail, double-row guide pin, built-in guide pin and guide bushing were designed to ensure the feeding and guiding accuracy. After analysis, the results show that the multi-station progressive die structure of supporting plate is stable and reliable, and the process design is reasonable, which ensures the dimensional accuracy of parts and meets the requirements of production batch.
