带长尖角的乘用车翼子板冲压成形

摘要:

 针对带长尖角的乘用车翼子板,分析了其表面曲率变化,尤其是主特征附近的曲面变化特征,提出以曲面长高比作为判断曲面变化程度的指标。通过数值模拟的方法,分析翼子板成形性问题,并调整工艺补充和拉延筋,以控制滑移线流动方向,抑制表面质量缺陷的产生。整形面不等高以及V形特征会导致整形过程产生折叠,通过调整支架安装结构、增加工艺缺口,可消除该缺陷。翼子板尖角在冲压过程中易失稳,导致扭曲和回弹,通过对工艺数模进行补偿,可将公差控制在±0.5 mm之内。试验验证结果表明,翼子板实际零件尺寸合格率达到92%,A面和关键匹配面表面光顺平整,质量较好。

 For fender with long nose of passenger vehicle, the surface curvature changes and the surface change characteristics near the main features were analyzed and the ratio of length to height for the surface was proposed as an index to judge the degree of surface change. The formability problem of fender was analyzed, and the process supplement and drawing bead were adjusted to control the flow direction of slip line and suppress the occurrence of surface quality defects by the method of numerical simulation. The unequal height of shaping surface and the V-shaped feature could cause folding during the shaping process. This defect could be eliminated by adjusting the bracket installation structure and increasing the process gap. The nose of fender was easy to lose stability during the stamping process, resulting in distortion and springback. By compensating the process digital model, the tolerance could be controlled within ±0.5 mm. The results of verification test show that the actual size qualification rate of fender part reaches 92%, and the surface of A-side and the key matching surface are smooth, and the quality are good.
