板线材异形弹片复合成形模具设计

摘要:

 针对板线材类产品在整体冲压成形时,模具结构复杂、利用率低、制造成本高的问题,通过对产品材料、结构尺寸、成形工艺等方面进行分析研究,首先对异形弹片进行了排样工艺设计,采用了板线材自动送料+多工位级进模+数控折弯成形工艺;其次,通过对板线材成形工艺特点和成形设备的研究,采用多工位级进模冲压方式,来保障产品的连续成形,采用切断+数控折弯的复合成形方式来保证折弯精度,从而设计了异形弹片冲压机构+折弯机构复合成形模具结构。通过生产试验可知,其不但能保证产品的精度、节约材料,同时还可以缩短研发周期、降低成本,证明了板线材成形工艺结构的先进性、可行性和实用性,为该技术的应用推广奠定了实践基础。

 

 For the problems of complex die structure, low utilization rate and high manufacturing cost of plate and wire material products in the whole stamping process, Through the analysis and research on product materials, structure sizes, forming process and so on, firstly, the layout process design of special-shaped shrapnel was carried out, and the forming process of automatic feeding of plate and wire materials, multi-station progressive die and CNC bending was adopted. Secondly, through the research on the characteristics of forming process and forming equipment of plate and wire materials, the continuous forming of products was guaranteed by the multi-station progressive die stamping method, and the bending accuracy was ensured by the compound forming method of cutting and CNC bending. Finally, the compound forming die structure with stamping mechanism and bending mechanism of special-shaped shrapnel was designed. The production tests show that it not only ensures the accuracy of product and saves materials, but also shortens the research and development cycle and reduces the cost. Thus, the advancement, feasibility and practicability of forming process for plate and wire materials are proved to lay a practical foundation for the application and promotion of the technology.
