伺服压力机远程监控系统的研究和应用

摘要:

 对一种基于网络技术的伺服压力机监控系统和实现方法进行了探究,该伺服压力机监控系统以C#语言编程实现,通过OPC UA通信技术与CODESYS控制器内部服务器建立连接,对服务器中节点数据进行读取、写入,以订阅的方式实现对伺服压力机加工工艺参数、实时运行状态数据和IO信号等运行状态数据的实时监控,并通过工业网关模块采集压力机的重要运行数据并上传到云管理平台,实现对压力机设备的远程管理和维护。通过应用验证,该系统安装简单、操作便捷、运行稳定,能够满足用户的使用需求。结果表明,该系统的研究对提高设备智能化、数据可视化和网络化有实际应用意义。

 A monitoring system and realization method of servo press based on network technology was explored, and the servo press monitoring system was programmed by C# language to establish a connection with the internal server of CODESYS controller through OPC UA communication technology. Then, the node data in the server was read and written, and the real-time monitoring of servo press processing parameters, real-time operating status data, IO signal and other operating status data was realized by subscription. Furthermore, the important operation data of press collected by the industrial gateway module was uploaded to the cloud management platform to realize the remote management and maintenance of press equipment, and through practical application verification, the system was simple to install, convenient to operate and stable to meet the needs of users. The results show that the research on this system has practical application significance in improving equipment intelligence, data visualization and networking.
