多层钢-铝板材搭接形式对铆接件的剪切力学性能的影响

摘要:

 使用HC340/590DP先进高强度钢和JDA1b铸铝材料组合制备自冲铆接接头,采用不同的搭接形式对自冲铆接接头进行实验,以探究其力学性能与搭接方式的关系。通过接头剖面金相评价了接头质量,使用静态力学拉伸探究了接头的强度、失效形式,并通过对载荷-位移曲线进行积分得出各类型接头的能量吸收特性。实验结果表明,伸长率为11%以上的JDA1b铸铝作为底层板材可以为接头的有效成形提供保障;3种不同搭接形式的接头平均失效载荷为FS1(5.04 kN)<FS2(7.08 kN)<FS3(9.88 kN);接头能量吸收值为ES1(1.435 J)<ES3(4.226 J)<ES2(27.525 J)。以接头失效载荷及能量吸收等力学响应作为工程结构应用指标,在受外部载荷或脱落力影响明显的结构中推荐使用S3搭接组合形式;在受疲劳振动影响明显的部件中推荐使用较高能量吸收值的S2搭接组合形式。

The self-piercing riveting joint was prepared by material combination of  HC340/590DP advanced high-strength steel and JDA1b cast aluminum, and the self-piercing riveting joints were tested by different lap forms to explore the relationship between its mechanical properties and lap forms. Then, the quality of joint was evaluated by the metallography of the joint profile, and the strength and failure mode of joint were explored by static mechanical tensile. Furthermore, the energy absorption characteristics of each type of joint were obtained by integrating the load-displacement curves. The test results show that the JDA1b cast aluminum with an elongation of more than 11% can be used as the bottom sheet to provide a guarantee for the effective forming of joints. The average failure load of joints with the three different lap forms are FS1(5.04 kN)<FS2(7.08 kN)<FS3(9.88 kN). The energy absorption values of joints are ES1(1.435 J)<ES3(4.226 J)<ES2(27.525 J). Taking the mechanical response such as failure load and energy absorption of joint as the application index of engineering structure, it is recommended to use the S3 combination form  in structures that are obviously affected by external load or shedding force. For components obviously affected by fatigue vibration, it is recommended to use the S2 combination form with higher energy absorption value.
