导轨支架冲压工艺与模具结构设计

摘要:

 分析了导轨支架的结构,并设计了一套级进模具生产该产品。为简化模具结构,将最后一道工序即产品底部的向内折弯改由单冲模具冲压。对于产品侧面和底面的翻边螺纹孔,采用先冲底孔再翻边然后用攻牙器攻牙最后折弯的冲压工艺。为了在冲压过程中同步对翻边孔攻牙,在级进模具中安装攻牙器,由上模的上下运动驱动攻牙器旋转,从而实现对翻边孔攻牙。对于产品两端由两个连续折弯形成的位于产品底部的向内折弯,分为两次冲压,首先用级进模将开料图的两端折弯成90°,再用单冲模沿产品图尺寸将两端再次折弯成90°,使第1次的折弯自然弯曲到产品底部。为了克服回弹,将级进模具中进行的折弯分为75°预折弯和90°折弯两个工序,其中75°预折弯采用上、下模进行冲压。为了方便产品两端的翻边孔脱模,90°折弯工序的下模采用斜顶结构。

 

 The structure of guide rail bracket was analyzed, and a set of progressive die was designed for producing this product, and in order to simplify the die structure, the final process involving the inward bending on the bottom of product was changed to the punching by single-stroke die. Then, for the flange threading holes on the side and bottom of product, a stamping process of punching the base hole first, then flanging, followed by threading with a tapping device, and finally bending was adopted. Furthermore, for synchronous tapping of flanged holes during the stamping process, a tapping device was installed in the progressive die, which was driven to rotate by the vertical movement of upper die, therefore achieving the tapping of flanged holes. For the inward bending at the bottom of product formed by two continuous bending at both ends of product, it was stamped twice. Firstly, the progressive die was used to bend both ends to 90°, and then a single-stroke die was used to bend the ends again to 90°, so that the first bending naturally bent to the bottom of product. In addition, in order to overcome springback, the bending process in the progressive die was divided into a 75° pre-bending and a 90° bending, and the 75° pre-bending was stamped by the upper and lower dies. Finally, in order to facilitate the demolding of flanged holes at both ends of product, the lower die of the 90° bending process was designed with a sloping top structure.
