聚氨酯压料在修边模具中的应用及缺陷修复方法

摘要:

 为了缩短模具生产准备的调试周期,降低模具生产成本和提高修边模具压料着色率,基于中国第一汽车集团有限公司的汽车主机厂多个车型生产平台,根据车门外板、翼子板和顶盖外板等多品种、多结构修边模具的应用情况,详细总结了聚氨酯压料板在汽车冲压修边模具应用中的常见问题、修复过程及注意事项,修复过程的前处理和固化后的修复尤为重要。明确了其适用的场景,并推荐了使用聚氨酯压料的冲压模具点检及维护方法。整理分析得出:使用聚氨酯柔性压料材料替换传统刚性压料材料,单套模具节约生产成本约1.00万元,节约人工成本0.82万元,缩短模具生产准备的调试周期10天。

 

 Abstract: To shorten the debugging cycle of die production preparation, reduce the die production costs and improve the coloring rate of the trimming die pressing, based on the multiple production platforms of automobile OEMs, through the application of various types and structures of trimming dies for door outer panels, fenders and roof outer panels, the most common problems, repair processes and precautions in application of polyurethane pressing plates in automotive trimming dies were summarized in detail, especially, the pre-treatment of repair process and the repair after curing were particularly important. Then, the usage scenarios were identified, and the spot inspection and maintenance methods for stamping dies using polyurethane pressing  were recommended. The analysis results show that replacing the traditional rigid pressing materials with flexible polyurethane pressing material can save at least RMB 10,000 in production costs and RMB 8,200 in labor costs for a single set of die, shorten the debugging cycle of die production preparation by 10 days.
