汽车传动系统突缘叉闭式模锻过程有限元模拟及模具磨损分析

摘要:

针对突缘叉闭式锻造中存在的上模磨损严重导致模具寿命不理想的问题,通过建立锻造仿真模型及模具磨损模型进行了研究与改进。首先,将仿真试验结果与实际锻造结果进行多方面对比,验证了预测模型的准确性;其次,根据仿真结果确定了影响模具磨损的重点工艺参数,并以此为设计变量,以降低磨损为目的,利用正交试验法在较少的仿真次数下得到了各工艺参数的最优结果;最后,根据优化结果建立了模具寿命预测模型,同时完成了突缘叉的锻造试验,并对比了仿真及实际锻造的磨损情况。结果表明:突缘叉成形良好,无任何缺陷,并且建立的模型预测准确,误差极小;最终模具的实际寿命由2760件增加至4750件,得到了显著提高,达到了企业期望。

For the problem of severe upper die wear in flange fork forging, which led to unsatisfactory die life, the research and improvement were conducted by establishing a forging simulation model and a die wear model. Firstly, the simulation test results were compared with the actual forging results in multiple aspects to verify the accuracy of the prediction model. Secondly, based on the simulation results, the key process parameters that affected the die wear were determined and used as the design variables. With the aim of reducing wear, the optimal results of each process parameter were obtained by the orthogonal experimental method with fewer simulation times. Finally, a die life prediction model was established based on the optimization results, the forging test of flange fork was completed, and the wear conditions of simulation and actual forging were compared. The results show that the flange fork is well-formed  without any defects, and the developed prediction model is accurate with minimal error. The actual service life of die increases from 2760 pieces to 4750 pieces, which is significantly improved and meets the expectation of the enterprise.
