Abstract：

In this paper, the model of noise in the abrupt separation phase has been established by simulating the punch as straight rod of same section according its structure, deducing the free vibration equation of the punch head in abrupt separation phase using acoustic knowledge. In the end, the effectiveness of the model has been verified by experiment.
